The multi-destination familiarization trip is an opportunity for agents to connect with leading local businesses on the ground, and gain valuable first hand destination knowledge. Western Delights: Sun, Surf and Deserts: San Diego, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona Musical Midwest: Cities and Culture: Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan  Western Adventure: Majestic Mountains and National Parks: Denver and Fort Collins, Colorado and Rapid City, South Dakota. Florida Fun: Sunshine State Exploration: Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Classic Carolinas: Hidden Gems and Coastal Charm: Raleigh and Asheville, North Carolina and Charleston, South Carolina. Midwest Memories: RoadTrip Adventure: Illinois and St Louis, Missouri. At the conclusion of the MegaFam, agents will all meet up for the grand finale, which will take place in Chicago.
