This comprehensive platform includes deep training and a range of sales enablement tools to help agents retain knowledge, promote USA travel to their clients, create itineraries, and make bookings with targeted sales support.


Brand USA is creating custom B2B training content and educating agents on diverse attractions, accommodations, natural wonders and more.


New platform include bronze, silver, gold, and platinum-tiered achievements, welcome/onboarding, behavioral automation to maintain advisor engagement after training, and many more!

Program Benefits

  • New B2C Marketing Showcase is the ultimate tool for travel advisors designed to amplify U.S. destinations’ stories. The feature is
  • placed prominently on the homepage, site directory, and mobile devices.
  • The new platform is a state-of-the-art training experience featuring an inspiring look-and-feel designed to increase conversion rates. New behavioral automation such as “nudge” emails for increased graduation rates further user engagement.
  • Every training module has extended life as a post-graduate resource. Modules reconfigure after users have earned a badge, adding a table of contents and summary bullet points for agents to recall destination stories and confidently share them with clients.
  • The USA Discovery Sales Companion app brings training and collateral directly to the agents. This encourages continual engagement rather than one–time training.
  • Program results in clear and concise global reporting through a dashboard linked to the Brand USA Partner Success Portal.

Existing Badge Refresh

Badge Description: Outdated badges are updated as needed, with a standard one-time basic update.


  • Imagery swap, plus a max of 2 additional images
  • Copy and links to reflect new destination highlights (translated into all languages and optimized for web, iOS, and Android)
  • Badges are given metallic tier status (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum)
  • Standard reporting for badges provided by the vendor includes the number of Total Registered and the number of Total Completed/Badges Earned, all shared by the market (11 total). These details will be shared with featured destinations via the Partner Success Portal within the next year.


Existing Badge Overhaul

Badge Description: For badges requiring more extensive updates, a full overhaul is performed. In addition to the standard badge refresh, the following are also added/completed.


  • One Badge Completion Incentive (one 30-day incentive in one market, with one incentive prize) One Badge Completion incentive promotion during the 12-month term
  • The vendor provides ten (10) additional service hours annually for updates, reporting, and imagery during the 12-month term throughout the year.
  • Additional content with two (2) in-line images and/or videos per page to help engage Agents.
  • One auto-play video (no more than 2 minutes) to open chapter (if video already exists)
  • 12-month hosting of additional content on the B2C Showcase. (a separate, destination-led showcase listing in Directory & Promote Channel), which also includes: 
    • 500-word overview 
    • Up to 5 videos
    • Details on Google map   
    • Up to 5 brochures
    • Review and update of icon images  
    • Destination contact info, links, and additional resources

New Badge Bundle

Badge Description: For entirely new badges, we create the following materials within the platform.


  • Five (5) pages of content (maximum 500 words each plus Useful Facts) + Five (5) questions (multiple choice, true/false)
  • Homepage with sidebar popup for weblinks to website, social, etc.
  • Four (4) content pages with ‘Useful Facts/Did You Know’ slider (max 5) at the bottom of each page to break up the content.
  • Two (2) in-line images and/or videos per page. If available and supplied by the destination
  • Eleven (11) auto-play video (no more than 2 minutes) to open chapter (if video already exists)
  • 12-month hosting of additional content on the B2C Showcase. (a separate, destination-led showcase listing in Directory & Promote Channel), which also includes: 
    • 500-word overview 
    • Up to 5 videos
    • Details on Google map   
    • Up to 5 Brochures 
    • Icon images
