Brand USA Media Forum U.K. & Europe showcases the diverse range of travel experiences available across the entirety of the USA. Applications are open to all tourism industry entities, including but not limited to, destination marketing organizations (DMOs), hospitality organizations, hotels, attractions, and other companies operating export-ready tourism services in the United States who are also attending Brand USA Travel Week U.K. & Europe 2024.

About Brand USA Media Forum U.K. & Europe 2024
Connecting U.K. & Europe with the U.S. travel industry, this exclusive event will offer hand-picked media from across the U.K. & European markets and U.S. exhibitors the opportunity to participate in up to 15, 20-minute matchmade one-to-one appointments per day. We have increased the total number of appointments by four in 2024.
A full list of U.S. exhibitors attending the event will be available mid-April.
The enrichment series will offer critical market insights from marketers, strategists, and industry leaders that will leave attendees inspired, educated, and motivated through its insightful, and forward-looking programming. You will have the opportunity to attend one session per day and have a choice of two different topics. Full details about each session will be provided in due course.

As stated in the Brand USA Media Forum U.K. & Europe 2024 Terms and Conditions, exhibitors who cancel before July 31, 2024, will be reimbursed. Exhibitors who cancel after July 31, 2024 forfeit their registration fees.
Exhibitor Information
Attendance is subject to Brand USA Travel Week U.K. & Europe 2024 Terms and Conditions.
Billing will occur in August
$2,000.00 per delegate (only one delegate per U.S. partner; must be U.S.-based)
- One delegate attendee
- Monday exhibitor day
- Two days of pre-arranged, matchmade appointments
- Attendance at enrichment series
- Attendance at networking events
- Exhibitor table and branding material (please note these will be the same as the Exhibitor table branding). Exhibitors will provide the table branding assets. All Media Forum exhibitor spaces will be of equal size and include an exhibition table and chair. No “booth build-outs” or enhancements are permitted. Brand USA will provide physical signage and visuals for each table
- Breakfast, lunch and refreshments from Monday, October 21 – Wednesday, October 23
- Access to all evening receptions from Monday, October 21 - Wednesday, October 23
- Food and beverages will be provided
- Directory of media attendees to include contact and biographical information available via the appointment-scheduling portal
- The event will be held at: etc.venues County Hall, Belvedere Road, SE1 7PB, London, U.K.
- Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor fee; we have secured preferential rates for a number of nearby hotels here.
Frequently Asked Questions
Hosted European media will be recruited from countries across Europe including, but not limited to, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
We have chosen these markets based on where we have representation and where our exhibitors will gain the most value.
We provide our attendees with opportunities to hear from compelling speakers including marketers, strategists, and industry leaders in a series of meaningful conversations designed to inspire, inform, and entertain. These sessions will not conflict with pre-scheduled appointments.
The matchmaking system works by asking you to rank your preferences from highest to lowest. A mutual selection will increase the probability of an appointment being generated. There is also the option to block certain companies with whom you would prefer not to meet. Once appointment preferencing opens you will be sent instructions on how to complete this process along with a minimum recommended number of organizations to select.
Once submitted, the system will run the matchmaking process and produce your provisional schedule which you will be able to view online, download as a PDF and/or print. There will be the opportunity to go online again to personally refine your appointments, fill any gaps and message attendees to arrange additional appointments.
